What areas do you cover?

Do you offer no obligation quotations?

Yes, all our quotations are free from any fees. Whether we visit your premises or we meet in our showroom. Each quote carries absolutely no obligations with it. Book your free no-obligation quotation appointment.

Do you create your own products?

We manufacture and fabricate all our own aluminium bifold doors, sliding doors and windows within our factory. With the exception of entrance doors and uPVC window frames.

Do you have an after sales service?

Yes, if you have any queries or issues after installation you can either contact us on 01234 342669 or book a service call using our form.

Do you comply with building regulations?

Yes, we do comply with all existing regulations and we are working with our suppliers to ensure whenever new building regulations and any legislations arise we ensure each of our products and home improvements complies with current and forthcoming building regulations.

Do you comply with energy saving regulations?

We constantly monitor our products to make sure that we supply & install energy- and thermal-efficient products that meet current and future regulations.

How long have you been trading?

We took decisive action in 2015 to integrate our many years of experience into a family business. Read more about our story and how we went on to be a finalist in the SME National Business Awards and then win silver for Family Business Of The Year in 2021.

Do you offer any finance?

No. We currently do not offer any finance options with any of our supply & install or trade orders.

Do you recycle old frames?

All our old uPVC and aluminium frames once removed for refitting are collected from our factory for recycling. Our waste from manufacturing is also collected from similar suppliers.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, we have a showroom in Bedfordshire. Showcasing some of our products by ALUK, Reynaers, Cortizo, Pallazzo and Morley Glass Blinds. If you would like to view and discuss your plans please complete our showroom booking form and leave your preferred date and time and we will get back to you with a confirmation.

Door FAQ

What are the benefits of aluminium bifold doors?

Aluminum is the most durable, long-standing, and resistant material of those used for doors and windows. Aluminum has the strength, durability, and low maintenance to last above other materials.

Are doors and windows tested?

All our brands are tested in a test laboratory at the Technological Center to guarantee the best performance in water tightness, air permeability, and wind loads, endorsed by the maximum results in its test qualifications.

What configurations can I have?

All our bifold doors have a variety of compositions up to 14 sashes in outwards & inwards openings. Shuco has an expanse of 8 meters and our sliding doors can be much larger. You can view our bifold door designer or enquire about your particular specifications.

Which way do the doors open

Our bifold doors have inwards and outwards openings. They can be configured to open from the right or the left. Please note what is to the left and right of the space and allow access to units when doors are open.

Can you replace existing doors and windows

We can replace your existing doors or windows to fit the exact measurements. Bear in mind when refitting you usually need to redecorate around the area due to the removal of the old frame. 

What type of glass can I have?

You can choose from solar, laminated and self-cleaning glass. Also, double or triple glazing. Bear in mind when ordering integral blinds these will not fit within triple glazing.

Do you have integral blinds?

Yes, all our integral blinds are supplied by Morley Glass who is an award-winning company. You can read more about all our manual and electric blinds here.

Window FAQ

Are doors and windows tested?

All our brands are tested in a test laboratory at the Technological Center to guarantee the best performance in water tightness, air permeability, and wind loads, endorsed by the maximum results in its test qualifications.

Can you replace existing doors and windows

We can replace your existing doors or windows to fit the exact measurements. Bear in mind when refitting you usually need to redecorate around the area due to the removal of the old frame. 

Can you have integral blinds in windows?

Yes, we certainly can fit your windows with integral blinds. We use Morley Glass who is an award-winning company. You can read more about all our manual and electric blinds here.

What is an energy value?

Maximum energy efficiency values: window transmittance from 1,5 (W/m2K)*.

*maximum tightness: CLASS 9A, which means during 55 minutes, total affluent of 330 litres and wind velocity of 114 km/h, there´s no water intake.

CATEGORIES ACHIEVED AT TEST CENTRE*

  • Air permeability – Class 4
  • Water tightness – Class 9A
  • Wind resistance – Class A3
What is a threshold?

Our low threshold frames can be used on balconies for a seamless look and for easy accessibility for those with mobility requirements. For areas that require a higher threshold choose a higher base for a weathertight seal.

The Bi-fold system with Thermal breaks especially for enclosing large gaps. Allowing an inlay bottom frame leaving the threshold completely accessible.

Are your windows and doors secure?

All our doors use the highest security measures. Such as shoot bolts for security, night latches and locks along with the profile system. The cylinder locking mechanism is graded from 1 star to 3 stars. You can upgrade your lock during the ordering process.
