Do you offer no obligation quotations?
Yes, all our quotations are completely free from any fees. Whether we visit your home or business or we meet in our showroom, each quote carries absolutely no obligations with it.
Do you manufacture your own products?
With the exception of our entrance door and uPVC window products, we manufacture and fabricate a diverse range of aluminium bifold doors, sliding doors, and windows within our factory.

Do your products and installation practices comply with Building Regulations?
Yes, we comply with all existing regulations. We are also working with our suppliers to ensure whenever new building regulations and any legislations arise, we ensure each of our products and installations comply with current and forthcoming building regulations.
Are your products efficient and do they comply with the latest Energy Saving Regulations?
Able to reach some of the very best energy ratings that the industry has to offer, we constantly monitor our products for thermal insulation to ensure they meet current and future regulations.

Do you offer any home improvement finance options?
No, at this time, we do not offer finance options with any of our supply, install, or trade orders.
Do you recycle old window & door frames?
Once they have been removed for refitting, all old uPVC and aluminium frames are collected from our factory for recycling. Our waste from manufacturing is also collected from similar suppliers, providing absolute peace of mind that you're not harming the environment whatsoever.

Do you have a showroom?
Yes, we have an extensive showroom situated in Bedford. What door configurations can I have?
All our bifold doors can be customised with a variety of compositions to choose from, with up to 14 sashes with outwards and inwards openings, depending on your projects unique requirements. Schüco doors can reach exceptional expanses of 8 meters and our sliding doors can be made even larger.

Which way do the doors open?
Our bifold doors can have inwards and outwards openings, depending on your project's unique requirements. They can be configured to open from the right or the left too, although it's important to check what's to the left and right of the pace to allow enough access when the doors are open.
Can you replace existing doors and windows?
Yes, we can replace your existing doors or windows to fit the exact measurements. Bear in mind that when refitting doors and windows, it's highly likely you will need to redecorate the area due to the removal of the old frames.
What type of glass can I have?
Choose from solar glass, laminated glass, and self-cleaning glass, as well as double or triple glazing.
PLEASE NOTE: Integral blinds cannot fit inside triple glazed windows and doors, so they're only suitable for double glazing.

Maximum energy efficiency values: window transmittance from 1,5 (W/m2K)*.

What is a threshold?
Recognised as the strip that forms the bottom of the doorway, our low threshold frames can be used on balconies for a seamless look and for easy accessibility for those with mobility requirements. For areas that require a higher threshold, it's wise to choose a higher base for a weathertight seal.
